Came this day the Commonwealth of Virginia, ex rel., The Concerned Citizens of Petersburg, an Unincorporated Association, by counsel, requesting the release and disbursement of her $500.00 civil appeal bond posted in the above-styled matter, the case having been disposed of by the Court of Appeals of Virginia on June 18, 2002.

UPON CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, it appearing proper to do so, it is hereby ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court release and disburse the $500.00 bond to Neil Kuchinsky, Esquire, counsel for the Concerned Citizens of Petersburg, at 200 Lakeview Avenue, P. O. Box 125, Colonial Heights, Virginia 23834.

It is further ORDERED that this matter be removed from the active docket of this Court.
